Retal Urban Development Company, through its subsidiaries, operates as a real estate developer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It operates through the Real Estate Development, Investment, and Other segments. The company engages in the construction, purchase, sale, and rental of land and real estate; general cleaning, maintenance, and operation of buildings, gardens, parks, and sports facilities; erection, management, and maintenance of industrial, commercial and service projects, restaurants, central markets, residential compounds, and commercial and industrial complexes; general contracting for residential, commercial, public, educational, recreational, medical, airport, and precast buildings; construction of roads, dams, tunnels, sewage, air conditioning, and refrigeration projects; electrical, mechanical, digging, and renovation related works; and management and operation of factories, industrial projects, shopping malls, and infrastructure construction. It is also involved in the management and rental of owned and leased residential and non-residential real estate; care and maintenance of parks and gardens for public housing purposes, building landscapes, home gardens, roof gardens, private building facades, highway parks, sports grounds and golf courses, and noise protection plants; transportation of non-hazardous industrial waste; municipal waste collection; land maintenance activities; and wind and desertification landscape design services activities. The company was incorporated in 2012 and is headquartered in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Retal Urban Development Company operates as a subsidiary of Al Fozan Holding Company.
