1. The service

The platform provides data, information and tools about stocks listed on the Saudi Exchange. Content is for information only and is not investment advice, as explained in the data disclaimer.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account; tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Registration details must be accurate. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

3. Paid subscriptions

• Some features are for subscribers only; the pricing page shows what each plan includes.
• When online payment launches, prices, billing period, renewal and cancellation will be shown clearly before you pay.
• A subscription does not guarantee the accuracy or permanent availability of the data.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the platform for your own purposes. You may not:

• copy, republish, sell or make the data available to others, in whole or in part;
• collect data automatically (scraping, crawling or automated queries) without written permission;
• try to bypass protections or the limits on paid content or request rates;
• use the platform in breach of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or in a way that harms it or its users.

5. Intellectual property

The platform's design, texts, articles and summaries belong to منصتي. Market data belongs to its sources and is licensed to us for display; using the platform gives you no rights in it.

6. Your content

Your notes, portfolios and lists are private to you. When you send a report or a message you allow us to use it to improve the service.

7. Availability and changes

We may pause the service for maintenance or change features or these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with their date; continuing to use the platform means you accept them.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from using it, being unable to use it, or relying on its content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
