It is also involved in owning, establishment, management, operation, and maintenance of vocational and other training centers, private educational schools, and educational and training institutes; purchasing existing schools, and educational and training facilities; and construction of non-residential buildings, such as schools, hospitals and hotels, and educational transportation. In addition, the company engages in mediating in employing and online recruitment, and temporary employment agencies. The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
