Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the trading, wholesale, and maintenance of spare parts, electronic equipment, household equipment, and air-conditioners in Saudi Arabia. The company operates through three segments: Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Solutions; Home Appliances; and All Other. It provides residential and commercial air conditioners, including chillers and related services; televisions, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, irons, gas cookers, and floor care; and consultancy services for energy solutions. The company also engages in sale of mobile phones; importing, exporting, and marketing services; wholesale of electronic devices and household appliances; financial and insurance activities; constructions, transportation and storage activities, as well as offers agency services. It provides its products under the LG, Indesit, Ariston, Maytag, and Bompani, Samsung, Black and Decker, and Midea brands. Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company was founded in 1950 and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
